This is a multi-faceted, high-intensity role: you will need to juggle internal requirements, a complex schedule, technical hurdles, and outbound customer management with a level head and methodical attention to detail. At the same time, you will be THE product expert on our industry-leading family safety service, deployed on nearly a dozen carriers worldwide, including some of the largest in the world, like Sprint Family Locator and AT&T FamilyMap. As a Project Manager you will manage multiple projects, lead a team of software professionals at various levels and ensuring the success of the project. Your responsibilities would include gathering requirements from the clients, making project plans, effort and schedule estimation estimations, tracking & monitoring, risk management and awareness of new technologies in mobile and web world.

We are most impressed by candidates who bring:

•    Good experience on software application development life cycle;
•    Hands on Development experience with Web Based Systems either with LAMP, Microsoft or Java/J2ee Technology
•    Experience in leading a minimum of 5-20 people team through complete project lifecycle;
•    Resolving cross-functional issues at project level;
•    Monitoring project progress and performance;
•    Strong people management skills;
•    Good experience on Web Based Systems;
•    Team management and leadership skills;
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills;
•    Must to have PMP Certification.

Education Qualification:

•   B.E/B.Tech in any discipline with excellent people management skills.
